Job Title: Growth & Content Marketing Manager
Location: Los Angeles, CA (On-site)
Reports To: Marketing Director
About the Company:
TGR Solutions, Inc. is an industry leader in cutting-edge robotics solutions based in the heart of Los Angeles, California. We develop robotics solutions from the ground up and focus on building integrated systems that empower both organizations and individuals to harness the transformative force of robotics and AI.
Our team has been at the forefront of deploying intelligent autonomous robots into a nascent market. Our flagship product line, ADIBOT, is an industry leader in cutting-edge UV-C disinfection solutions, deployed across hospitals in global markets.
Each member of the TGR Solutions team hails from diverse disciplines and backgrounds and has been the driving force behind groundbreaking robotic products.
Job Description:
The Growth & Content Marketing Manager owns TGR’s qualified pipeline and the content that generates it — the full acquisition surface across paid media, organic search, the website, the blog, social, and email. This role sets the strategy and execution across every channel. TGR’s buyers make considered, high-value purchases over long evaluation cycles, so campaigns here are built as multi-touch journeys rather than one-off pushes. This role also builds on TGR’s existing use of AI across the marketing function, designing workflows and automations that raise the quality and pace of the team’s output.
Responsibilities:
- Own paid acquisition strategy, build, and daily management across search and paid social, including budget pacing, creative testing, audience development, and landing page optimization.
- Drive organic and search visibility, including search and AI-answer-engine optimization, the blog content calendar, topic strategy, and publishing cadence.
- Own the full social content pipeline end to end: ideation, production coordination, scheduling, publishing, and performance.
- Build the email and lifecycle marketing automation engine — newsletters, drip campaigns, targeted nurture, segmentation, lead scoring, and sales handoff logic.
- Orchestrate cross-channel campaigns that move a prospect through the journey coherently, triggered by behavior and intent rather than by calendar.
- Build attribution modeling and full-funnel reporting, first touch through closed opportunity, and deliver recurring pipeline-contribution reporting to marketing and executive leadership.
- Maintain a standing experiment roadmap with clear recommendations on where to move spend.
- Design and ship AI-driven workflows and automations that raise the quality and pace of marketing output.
- Partner with the Product Marketing Manager on positioning, messaging, and claims review; with design on web, campaign, and social assets; and with Sales on outreach strategy, lead handoff, and field feedback.
Requirements
- 4+ years in growth marketing, demand generation, or content marketing with hands-on ownership across multiple channels.
- Direct experience managing paid search and paid social budgets — building and optimizing yourself, not overseeing an agency.
- Demonstrated ownership of organic search performance, including how AI answer engines are changing it.
- Fluency across the modern marketing stack — CRM, email automation, social management, CMS, ad platforms, analytics — and the ability to wire integrations between them.
- Track record of building attribution reporting and explaining results to a non-marketing audience.
- A strong sense of narrative — the ability to find the story worth telling and carry it through both brand-building work and the material that helps close a sale.
- Proficient with Claude or a comparable LLM workspace, including connected integrations.
- Experience designing and building AI systems that enhance marketing output — automations, agent workflows, custom tooling — beyond occasional use of off-the-shelf features.
