We’re searching for a Full Time Breakfast Attendant to be responsible for providing guests with a warm, welcoming, and satisfying breakfast experience. This role ensures the breakfast area is clean, stocked, and inviting while delivering excellent customer service. You will play an important part in creating a positive start to each guest’s day.

Requirements
What You'll Do:
- Greet guests warmly and provide assistance with breakfast service.
- Set up, maintain, and replenish the breakfast buffet area to ensure it is clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout service hours.
- Monitor food quality and presentation, addressing any issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines.
- Assist guests with special requests or dietary needs in a courteous and helpful manner.
- Clean and sanitize tables, counters, equipment, and service areas regularly.
- Properly handle and store food items according to safety standards.
- Work closely with kitchen and front desk staff to ensure seamless service for guests.
- At the end of service, break down and clean the breakfast area, preparing it for the next day.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Ability to greet and interact with guests in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure buffet area is always neat, stocked, and appealing.
- Knowledge of basic food handling and safety procedures.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks during busy breakfast hours.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in high-pressure or fast-paced situations.
- Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to consistent attendance.
- Neat and professional appearance in accordance with hotel standards.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service preferred but not required.
- Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays based on hotel operations.
