The Truist Wealth Omni Digital Strategy Manager is responsible for managing a team of strategists and analysts as well as partners with enterprise digital, vendors, technology, operations, compliance, support and marketing teammates to create and deliver competitive and differentiating solutions for Truist wealth, investment clients and teammates. The Wealth Omni Digital Strategy Manager II provides the strategic vision for segments/area of focus, collects and analyzes client feedback, manages key vendor partnerships, ensures teammates understand and encourage client adoption, and continually advocates for digital client experience improvements that balance business benefits. The Wealth Omni Digital Strategy Manager II understands key product functionality, industry trends, competitive landscape, operations, business, compliance and marketing processes and has practical experience to solve a range of complex product and client issues. This role focuses on investment portfolio management experiences including but not limited to digitizing brokerage and trust account servicing, client portfolio performance indicators and digitizing operational processes to connect client and teammate platforms.Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. - Manages and builds a high performing team of Wealth Omni strategists and business analysts
- Applies knowledge and expertise to develop a strategic vision and associated action plans delivering against it by partnering with vendors and internal digital/non-digital solution teams
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills and ability to prioritize opportunities
- Deep, proven understanding and knowledge of advanced concepts including portfolio management, model management and fiduciary standards
- Knowledgeable of emerging and future digital trends that will affect the business and ability to clearly envision and communicate the future and business opportunities
- Influencing skills; adept at driving organizational change through partnership, collaboration and leadership Partners with enterprise digital teams for continuous improvement to the Truist digital experiences providing subject matter expertise
- Manages digital vendor partner relationships and influences their product roadmaps to meet our client needs Collaborates with stakeholders and business partners to define how digital capabilities and solutions can improve the client and teammate experiences and quantify business value
- Ensures consistency throughout the digital experience aligning with Wealth and investment segment strategies including cross-channel interactions
- Collaborate with business leaders and participate in decisions for the recommendation, selection and prioritization of product features, implementation approaches, vendors and processes
- Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve a range of product, client and technology issues
- Contribute to the continuous development of products and solutions including performing research, user testing, quality assurance checks and vendor relationship management
- Analyze metrics and prepare briefs, presentations and status reports and communicate as needed to senior management
- Conduct industry research and competitive analyses and use the information to recommend product or marketing enhancements
- Ensures business readiness activities are created and completed including training programs, communications, branch and call center teammates scripts, develop business/sales processes, ongoing monitoring/measurement and voice of the client mechanisms are in place
QUALIFICATIONS

- 10+ years’ experience in digital (web/mobile), eCommerce or eBusiness
- 5+ years’ experience in leading cross-functional teams (indirectly or directly)
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience in financial services industry
- 5+ years of product management or sales experience
- Securities licenses or ability to quickly obtain (e.g., Series 7, 24, 65, 63) and relevant professional designations (e.g., CFP)
- Technology/software product development project team experience
- Experience with processes and tools supporting Agile methodologies
- Experience identifying, piloting or scaling AI, generative AI, robotic process automation, workflow automation or analytics-enabled capabilities.
