Description
Step into multi-team technical leadership and shape how 7–10+ development squads build and deliver software at scale, with direct mentorship and a pathway toward Technical Manager or Architect opportunities.
The Opportunity
Take the next step from senior engineering into broader technical leadership. As a Technical Lead supporting the Technical Manager, you’ll act as a technical force-multiplier across multiple development squads—unblocking teams, managing technical risks and dependencies, and raising engineering standards across the organisation.
With direct mentorship from an experienced Technical Manager, you’ll gain high visibility across engineering, influence architecture and technical decisions, and develop the leadership capabilities needed to progress toward future Technical Manager or Architect opportunities.
