Description
Clearwater is experiencing exceptional growth across the DACH region, with a rapidly expanding client base. As we deepen our footprint in one of Europe’s most sophisticated investment markets, we continue to build out a dedicated local team - and this role sits right at the heart of that expansion. We're looking for Client Servicing Analysts to join our EMEA team and help us deliver a world-class service to some of the region's most sophisticated investors.
This is a fantastic opportunity to sit at the heart of the client experience. You'll work directly with clients (asset managers, insurers, pension funds and more), resolving enquiries, validating data, and helping their investment operations run smoothly on Clearwater's leading SaaS platform.
Whether you're a finance graduate, or come from a discipline like maths or science with a genuine interest in the investment industry, we'd love to hear from you.
We've recently opened a brand-new office in Frankfurt's Opernturm, home to a brilliant and rapidly growing local team, a clear signal of our long-term commitment to the DACH market, where a growing number of organisations are choosing our cloud-native, front-to-back platform for investment management.
What You'll Do
Manage the day-to-day relationship with a portfolio of Clearwater's global clients, becoming a trusted point of contact for their investment accounting, reporting, and analytics needs.
Respond to client enquiries across investment accounting, asset classes and financial markets, delivering clear, accurate answers that build confidence in the platform.
Deliver timely and accurate information on Financial Statements and Analytics Reporting, keeping clients informed and reassured.
Handle core operational tasks, such as account set-up, client lockdowns, compliance and reconciliation validation, with precision and care.
Validate investment data against third-party market sources, using Clearwater's proprietary tools to reconcile transactions accurately.
Get hands-on with our knowledge base and internal resources, proactively solving client queries before they become bigger problems.
Take on team and client-related projects that stretch your skills and connect you with colleagues across Clearwater.
What We're Looking For
We welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds. You might be a recent graduate in accounting, finance, or economics, or you might have a non-finance degree such as maths or science, but a keen interest in building a career in the investment industry. What matters most is your curiosity, client focus, and drive to deliver.
A basic understanding of financial concepts and/or core accounting concepts, plus an interest in the investment industry.
An exceptional problem-solving mindset, calm under pressure.
Strong computer skills, including confidence with Microsoft Office.
Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
A Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Maths, or other related discipline
Business fluency in German and English
