Job Description Summary:

At The Coca-Cola Company, financial stewardship is central to enabling growth across more than 200 countries where we operate. The International Treasury Services (ITS) team is a vital part of our globally integrated Treasury function, and acts as the single point of contact for 300+ legal entities on banking, cash, capital structure, and financial risk matters. 

As an International Treasury Services Manager (ITSM), you will manage cash movement strategies, support cross-border liquidity optimization, mitigate country-specific financial risks, and safeguard the Company’s local and international operations. This role provides a unique opportunity to develop deep market expertise, influence global cash strategies, and deliver critical executional support for business continuity—while collaborating with global stakeholders, including Finance, Tax, Legal, and Corporate Development.

What You’ll Do for Us

Manage Cash & Capital Flows: 

  • Coordinate cross-border cash movements and repatriation in collaboration with Tax, Legal, Accounting, and Capital Management teams. 

  • Partner with Corporate Treasury teams on global cash optimization aligned to enterprise liquidity goals. 

Optimize Cash Resources: 

  • Identify opportunities for redeployment of excess cash across markets through loans, pooling strategies, and optimized local investments that maintain liquidity while minimizing risk. 

Financial Risk Management: 

  • Assess and help mitigate risks in global operations related to FX exposure, interest rate volatility, capital controls, regulatory compliance, credit risk, and banking stability. 

M&A Transaction Support: 

  • Partner with International Treasury Services Directors on key aspects of deal execution, funding, and post-acquisition treasury integration. 

Governance & Compliance: 

  • Ensure strict adherence to Treasury governance and Delegation of Authority requirements; provide recommendations on sensitive transactions to senior treasury leadership. 

Build Market Insights: 

  • Monitor country-level financial, economic, and regulatory trends to proactively identify potential risks and opportunities impacting treasury operations. 

Leverage Technology & Automation: 

  • Utilize treasury systems to streamline governance for bank accounts, guarantees, banking relationships, and automation projects. 

Collaborate Across the Enterprise: 

  • Build relationships with global SME networks and cross-functional teams, applying insights to deliver scalable and practical solutions quickly. 

Qualifications & Requirements 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Economics, or Business preferred); advanced degree or financial certifications (CTP, CFA, MBA) a plus. 

  • Experience: 

  • 4–5 years in finance roles within multinational or financial institutions. 

  • Minimum 2–3 years in Corporate Treasury or Global Banking/Financial Markets. 

  • Technical Competencies: 

  • Expertise in cash management, FX risk, working capital, and capital structure optimization. 

  • Familiarity with treasury systems, governance protocols, and banking platforms. 

  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and process-orientation skills. 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate in a highly matrixed, global environment.

Pay Range:

United States: 123,000 - 139,000 USD

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
