Bilingual Line Supervisor

In this role, you will be working as a Bilingual Line Supervisor for a client that works in the manufacturing industry. This position will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations of a designated production line. 

This position is a contract to possible hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked on-site. 

Pay; $40,000-$50,000/Yr. depending on experience.

• High school diploma
• 2+ years Production lead experience in a manufacturing company
• Fluent in Spanish
• Direct and provide leadership on production line in order to meet company goals
• Oversee operators in their designated area to ensure continuous flow and improve overall performance 
• Distrbute work orders to staff
• Observe and recommend opportunities for improvement
• Ensure team adheres to safety policies 
• Monitor throughput hourly
