Production Supervisor

职责：

1、组织操作员按计划进度按时完成生产任务。
2、制定并实施标准作业程序（SOP），提供操作指导，监督日常活动。
3、支持团队完成所有生产部门关键绩效指标（KPI），分析周、月、年生产数据以推动改进。
4、领导安全和质量事故的根本原因分析（RCA），并跟踪纠正措施的落实。
5、负责对线长和操作员的培训。
6、支持生产项目，与维修及工艺工程（PE）团队协作。
7、推行5S管理并持续改进。
8、根据需要协助其他项目。

要求：

1、化学工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。
2、熟悉ISO 9000、ISO 14000、OHSAS 18000标准。
3、英语听说读写流利。
4、至少三年化工制造相关设施的生产管理经验。
5、良好的计算机操作技能。
