Dessert & Fruit Presentation Specialist (Onsite, Lahore, PKR Salary)

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a café, dessert bar, juice bar, fruit shop, or similar environment will be preferred.
• Hands-on knowledge of fruit cutting, dessert preparation, and presentation.
• Ability to prepare fruit cups, platters, shakes, smoothies, and mocktails.
• Strong understanding of food hygiene and cleanliness.
• Good attention to detail and a creative approach to presentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced café environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present fresh fruits, fruit cups, and platters with attention to detail.
• Perform professional fruit cutting and presentation.
• Prepare ice cream-based desserts with attractive presentation.
• Prepare fruit shakes, smoothies, and mocktails.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety.
• Ensure consistent quality, portioning, and presentation of all items.
• Create visually appealing desserts inspired by premium fruit cafés.
• Maintain a clean and organized preparation area.
