About the Role:
- Coordinate daily facility operations, maintenance, and work orders.
- Manage vendors and contractors to ensure quality service delivery.
- Provide facility support and respond to employee and client requests.
- Support workplace health, safety, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain records, reports, budgets, and workplace experience initiatives.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Property Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in facilities management, property management, workplace services, or a similar environment.
- Strong customer service, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of work order systems, building maintenance practices, workplace safety requirements, and problem-solving techniques.
