Job Summary
As a Creative Strategy Lead within Worldwide Consumer Print Marketing, you are responsible for developing and executing customer-centric creative strategies that translate product value propositions into compelling, high-impact marketing content.
You own the end-to-end creative strategy and execution for key assets, ensuring all content aligns with business objectives and resonates with target audiences across channels. A core part of this role is understanding and improving creative performance—leveraging data, insights, and a test-and-learn approach to continuously optimize content and drive stronger campaign outcomes.
You partner closely with Global Strategy Lead, Product Marketing, and agency partners to deliver cohesive, cross-channel campaigns. As an individual contributor, you lead through influence—managing stakeholders, guiding agency partners, and driving alignment to ensure high-quality, on-time execution.
Responsibilities
- Develop customer-centric creative strategies and insight-driven briefs that translate product value propositions into compelling campaign narratives
- Own the end-to-end development and execution of creative assets including but not limited to event materials, videos, datasheets, and digital content, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives
- Lead agency partners through the full creative lifecycle, including briefing, development, feedback, iteration, and final delivery inclusive of production oversight
- Drive a structured test-and-learn approach to creative, leveraging performance data and insights to continuously optimize content and improve campaign outcomes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Strategy, Brand, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment across strategy, execution, and approvals
- Manage stakeholder relationships and drive alignment on priorities, timelines, and creative direction across global teams
- Ensure all creative output maintains high standards of quality, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines campaign visual identity and leveraging channel best practices
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in social marketing, content marketing and media, data led planning, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.

The pay range for this role is $83,000 to $127,800 USD annually with additional
opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United
States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience.
