Job Description Summary
Leads broker engagement strategies and outreach programs that drive agent and broker relationships, market penetration, and member acquisition. Applies advanced knowledge of broker ecosystems, payer markets, and marketing best practices to design and execute initiatives with measurable business impact.The Broker and Community Partnership Manager works independently on enterprise-impact projects with limited supervision. Decisions impact project- and program-level outcomes. This job sets direction on methods and approach within the broker engagement domain and influences policies and procedures within the function, applying advanced subject-matter expertise to problems that span teams and processes.
How will you make an impact & Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage strategic relationships with community organizations, senior centers, healthcare organizations, brokers, agents, FMOs, payors, and other partners to support market growth.
- Develop and execute community, broker, physician, and market activation events, including educational programs, networking events, open houses, health fairs, and meet-and-greets.
- Partner with sales, marketing, physicians, operations, and leadership to execute market strategies, strengthen relationships, and support patient and membership growth.
- Identify new partnership and business development opportunities by evaluating community needs, market trends, competitor activity, and referral opportunities.
- Track event and partnership performance, including attendance, leads, referrals, engagement, and growth opportunities; use Salesforce to maintain accurate activity and contact records.
- Manage event resources and budgets while ensuring activities align with business objectives and compliance requirements.
- Serve as a professional ambassador for Millennium Physician Group, maintaining a visible community presence and strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Education and Experience:
- H.S. Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is helpful
- Strong communication skills.
- Established community relationships.
- 2+ years of community outreach experience or sales equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience working at a provider office or with a Medicare health plan preferred.
- High energy with a passion to improve the lives of seniors.
- Proficient in computer technology, including MS Office, email, internet-based platforms, and CRM systems; Salesforce experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license required.
Location & Schedule Requirements
- Must reside in Lee County, Florida.
- Regular travel throughout Sarasota and assigned surrounding markets is required.
- Must be flexible to work evenings and some weekends based on events, broker meetings, networking opportunities, and business needs.
- Requires a strong in-person community presence and ability to represent Millennium Physician Group with professionalism.
Compensation Range:
$85,159.00to
$127,738.00
The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
