Role Overview 

10Pearls is seeking an experienced Full Stack developer with strong expertise in .NET and Azure to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting and developing scalable web applications while ensuring performance, security, and maintainability. Utilizing your deep knowledge of the .NET framework, modern front-end frameworks and cloud services, you will contribute to building robust and efficient solutions.  

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic technical leadership by designing and architecting highly scalable, maintainable, and secure systems across the organization. 
• Ensure that company engineering practices, including CI/CD, code quality, and security standards, are maintained at the highest level. 
• Drive the technical roadmap and align architectural decisions with both business strategy and client needs, serving as a key technical advisor. Lead complex technical discussions with both internal teams and external stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable technical solutions.  
• Embrace and promote a consulting mindset, acting as a technical expert who advises clients on innovative, scalable solutions that deliver measurable business value.  
• Stay updated on new technologies and trends to continuously improve technical skills.  
• Mentor and guide engineers, fostering technical growth across teams, and maintaining a culture of learning and innovation.  
• Play a key role in the recruitment process, interviewing and selecting top technical talent for the organization, ensuring both technical and cultural fit.  
• Act as focal point of contact for technical issues for specific work streams across multiple projects.

Requirements

• 5 plus years of strong hands-on .NET / C# experience, with approximately 60–70% focus on backend development.
• Working knowledge of React for frontend development and ability to understand the end-to-end flow between the frontend, APIs, business/data layer, and database.
• Strong understanding of application architecture, with the ability to independently design and explain end-to-end application flows and technical decisions.
• Proven experience building SaaS applications and multi-tenant solutions, including practical understanding of tenant management and data isolation to prevent cross-tenant data access.
• Strong understanding of authentication and authorization, including where and how access controls are enforced across the application and APIs.
• Solid database fundamentals, including transactions and handling concurrent updates to ensure data integrity.
• Experience with multilingual and localized platforms.
• Familiarity with Azure-hosted application environments, including hands-on experience with relevant Azure services.
• Experience with CI/CD and modern software development practices.
• Strong understanding of Azure Service Bus, including queues, topics, and Dead Letter Queue (DLQ), is preferred.
• Senior-level professionals who can work independently with minimal supervision, make sound technical decisions, and clearly communicate architectural and implementation approaches.
