주요 업무 및 책임

• 글로벌 및 Site EHS 정책, 작업 절차 및 PPE 기준을 준수하며 안전하게 업무 수행
• CMP 생산 공정(Finishing 및 Inspection)의 운영 절차에 따라 생산 및 품질 관련 업무 수행
• 공정 셋업, 간단한 설비 점검, 유지보수 지원 및 문제 해결 활동 참여
• 제품의 외관 검사, 치수 확인, Defect 식별 및 품질 기준에 따른 판정 수행
• SOP, Work Instruction, Control Plan에 따라 공정 운영 및 검사 업무 수행
• 공정 진행 중 발생하는 안전, 품질, 설비 이상 및 규격 이탈 사항을 식별하고 즉시 보고
• 검사 결과, 작업 이력, 생산 및 품질 관련 데이터를 정확하게 기록하고 전산 시스템에 관리
• 교대근무 환경에서 필요한 업무 인수인계 수행
• 작업장, 설비, 검사 장비 및 측정 도구의 청결 상태 유지
• 제품, 자재, 화학물질 및 작업 환경의 특성을 이해하고 안전 기준 준수
• 안전, 품질, 생산성 향상을 위한 개선 활동 및 현장 5S 활동 참여
• 비즈니스 필요에 따라 Finishing 또는 Inspection 공정을 지원하거나 학습

필요 자격 요건

• 제조업, 생산, 품질, 검사 또는 설비 운영 환경에 대한 이해
• 정해진 절차와 기준을 준수하며 반복 업무를 정확하게 수행하는 능력
• 제품 외관, Defect, 색상, 문자, 라벨 등의 차이를 식별할 수 있는 세심한 관찰력
• 생산 및 검사 결과를 정확하게 기록하고 전산 시스템에 입력할 수 있는 능력
• Microsoft Excel, Word 등 기본 Office Application 사용 능력
• 교대근무 환경에서의 책임감 있는 시간 관리 및 인수인계 능력
• 클린룸, PPE 착용, 장시간 Standing Work 및 반복 업무가 포함된 제조 환경에서 안전하게 근무할 수 있는 능력
• 문제 해결 능력 및 원활한 커뮤니케이션 역량
• 새로운 작업 절차, 공정, 검사 기준 및 시스템을 빠르게 습득하고 적용할 수 있는 능력
• 비즈니스 상황에 따라 다양한 공정 업무를 유연하게 지원할 수 있는 태도

우대 요건

• 제조업, 반도체, 전자재료, 화학공정 또는 클린룸 근무 경험
• 생산 공정 운영, 품질 검사, 외관 검사, Defect 식별 또는 측정 업무 경험
• SAP 또는 유사 전산 시스템 사용 경험
• 교대근무 또는 인수인계가 필요한 현장 근무 경험
• Continuous Improvement 또는 OpEx 활동 경험
