Your day.
As a Director of Marketing and Communications, you need to know how to:
- Lead the overall branding and visit growth of a multi-specialty medical group
- Develop and execute all marketing initiatives both internally and externally to support strategic goals
- Produce and distribute signage, and work with vendors on exterior clinic/building signage
- Produce content in short and long form with strong writing and editing skills
- Write, send, and measure the success of all communication to patient email lists while following the highest standards in email list management
- Write press releases and engage with local, regional, and occasionally the national media on topics that are valuable to the company and to our patients
- Monitor public patient reviews and maintain Yelp and Google listings
- Advise executive leadership on any urgent communication needs
- Organize and host events for new clinics and coordinate PHMG presence at 30+ community events per year
- Manage and optimize the PHMG Google AdWords account
- Add blog posts and make content edits to the company website and intranet site
- Post and engage with followers on the company social media pages professionally and consistently with the PHMG brand
- Other duties as directed by executive leadership
Your experience.
We hire people, not resumes. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
- At least two years' experience in a Marketing programs role, including experience developing, executing, and measuring the success of comprehensive campaigns
- Strong knowledge and understanding of core marketing areas including strategy, copywriting, design, digital, and web media
- Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, PhotoShop, and InDesign
- Strong email marketing skills and list management abilities
- Familiarity with video and audio equipment programs is a plus
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, type, write, and perform work on a computer. May be required to lift 50 pounds.
