POSITION SUMMARY
The Practice Liaison is responsible for cultivating relationships with referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare providers, to drive patient referrals to the practice. This role involves coordinating outreach efforts, organizing events, and maintaining a strong presence in the community to promote the practice’s services and enhance the organization’s visibility.

Referral Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including physicians, healthcare providers, hospitals, and community organizations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for referral sources, ensuring timely follow-up and providing updates on patient referrals and services.
- Provide education to referral sources about the practice’s specialties, services, and patient care protocols.
Marketing & Outreach:
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to increase brand awareness and drive referrals.
- Organize and attend marketing events, health fairs, and other community outreach activities.
- Create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and newsletters, to potential referral sources.
Communication & Reporting:
- Maintain regular communication with the practice’s leadership team regarding referral trends, marketing opportunities, and community engagement efforts.
- Prepare and present regular reports on referral data, community engagement activities, and market trends.
- Monitor feedback from referral sources and report on opportunities for improving services and patient experiences.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the clinical team to understand service offerings, patient care procedures, and to communicate any special needs of referral sources.
- Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to align outreach activities with overall business objectives.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in healthcare marketing, business development, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare services, particularly in [specialty], is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
