Sr Services Enablement Manager

Enablement Program Delivery Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of onboarding, role-based enablement, and learning initiatives. Manage training schedules, learner rosters, facilitator assignments, communications, materials, and delivery logistics. Partner with instructional designers, facilitators, SMEs, and business stakeholders to ensure program readiness and successful execution. Support multiple enablement initiatives simultaneously while managing competing priorities. Provide regular status updates, metrics, and insights to leadership and key stakeholders. Facilitate meetings, follow-up activities, and stakeholder communications to drive alignment and execution. Analyze learner feedback and program metrics to identify improvement opportunities. Support the standardization and enhancement of enablement processes, communications, and operational practices. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 1.5+ years of experience in program management, enablement, onboarding, learning operations, or a related field. Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and managing competing priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and experience with LMS, virtual learning, or enablement platforms preferred.
