Psychiatric APN – Full-TimeSaint Mary of Nazareth Hospital | Chicago, IL | Prime HealthcareSaint Mary of Nazareth Hospital is seeking a full-time Psychiatric Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) to join our Behavioral Health team. The APN will provide psychiatric assessment, medication management, treatment planning, and ongoing care in collaboration with psychiatrists and the interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

Conduct psychiatric assessments and follow-up visitsDiagnose and manage behavioral health conditionsPrescribe and monitor psychiatric medicationsDevelop and support individualized treatment plansCollaborate with physicians, nursing, and other clinical team membersProvide patient and family educationMaintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

Qualifications

Current Illinois APRN licensePsychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certificationPrescriptive authority as requiredStrong clinical, communication, and teamwork skillsBehavioral health experience preferred

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $120,000-140,000. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
