Responsibilities
Enterprise Culture Strategy & Activation
- In partnership with the Values and Transformation team, translate enterprise culture priorities into scalable team member and leader experiences, programs, campaigns, and activation strategies that drive measurable behavior change and advance Micron's long-term transformation objectives.
- Lead culture activation initiatives that strengthen alignment to Micron's Vision, Mission, and Values while enabling workforce readiness, adaptability, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
- Support the people side of enterprise transformation efforts by driving awareness, adoption, engagement, and reinforcement activities for Micron team members.
Program & Project Management
- Lead culture transformation projects and workstreams, managing scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies, stakeholder communication, and successful delivery of project outcomes.
- Develop and maintain project plans, implementation roadmaps, communication strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, and progress reporting.
- Identify and address risks, barriers, and dependencies that may impact project success and recommend mitigation strategies.
Integration & Communication
- Partner with Human Resources, Talent Management, Communications, Learning & Development, and business stakeholders to embed values and desired behaviors throughout the team member experience.
- Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders to ensure culture priorities are effectively integrated into programs, processes, and employee touchpoints.
- In partnership with the Values & Transformation team, design and maintain communication channels (example: SharePoint, People Now, Teams) that drive enterprise-wide adoption of cultural and behavioral expectations.
Team Member Experience
- Translate enterprise culture priorities into scalable strategies, programs, and interventions that strengthen team member alignment with Micron's Vision, Mission, and Values.
- Develop communication and engagement approaches that help team members understand and embrace organizational change.
- Design and deploy team member culture activation solutions, including learning experiences, communications, recognition programs, and change champion networks.
- Champion psychological safety, inclusion, accountability, and continuous improvement as foundational elements of Micron's culture.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
- Gather and analyze employee feedback, engagement data, sentiment insights, and program outcomes to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Monitor program performance through established metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
- Provide recommendations to improve program effectiveness, employee adoption, and culture outcomes based on data and stakeholder feedback.
- Share findings and progress updates with project sponsors and key stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
Strategic Consulting & Influence
- Collaborate closely with the Values and Transformation team to influence alignment across global stakeholder groups to drive consistent adoption of culture transformation priorities while adapting approaches to regional, functional, and business-specific needs.
- Provide thought leadership, consultation, and recommendations to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders on culture transformation priorities for team members and workforce adoption strategies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in learning and development, employee experience, change management, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated success leading highly complex, cross-functional programs with enterprise-wide impact.
- Experience advising senior leaders and influencing large-scale organizational change efforts without direct authority.
- Strong expertise in project and program management, including governance, stakeholder management, risk management, and execution planning.
- Experience translating strategic priorities into measurable workforce and business outcomes.
- Proven ability to solve highly complex organizational challenges using data, insights, and systems thinking.
- Strong working knowledge of LLM and other AI tools to research, design and build content
Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise in culture transformation, learning strategies, or employee experience design.
- Experience supporting enterprise AI adoption, digital transformation, or future-of-work initiatives.
- Demonstrated success leading initiatives that span multiple business functions and global geographies.
- Strong executive communication and facilitation skills with the ability to influence and negotiate across senior stakeholder groups.
- Experience building measurement frameworks that demonstrate organizational and business impact.
