What We’re Looking For:
The Accounting Coordinator/Income Auditor is an integral contributor to the accounting services team in a high volume financial shared services environment supporting an exciting collection of hotel properties across North America. This team member is responsible for daily reconciliations across multiple platforms. This team member supports our hotel partners through month end journal entries. Achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly excellence targets while delivering extraordinary customer service to our hotel teams and clients is of utmost importance.

What You Will Do:
- Perform daily reconciliation between Loews’ enterprise resource planning system and workflow systems
- Check micros and Opera reports for accuracy and unusual transactions
- Review and reconcile daily trial balance reports to ensure all revenue is properly recorded
- Audit daily cash summary and update general cashier’s report
- Distribute daily revenue reports
- Perform standard monthly journal entries timely, in compliance and accurately
- Required to attend all training sessions and meetings
- Upholds all company and industry standards pertaining to PCI compliance, guest/financial/payroll confidentiality and accounting best practices
- May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs
- Other duties as assigned
Your Experience Includes:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
- 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in hospitality, finance, or a related service environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cooperatively and professionally with others.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to read, write, and speak English effectively.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to remain composed, make sound decisions, and work effectively in fast-paced or stressful situations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and internet-based systems.
- Strong computer aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new software and technology platforms.
- Basic understanding of mathematics and accounting principles.
