Bring your energy to Aggreko as a Health and Safety Coordinator based in Reno, Nevada.

What you’ll do:
Implement and administer the project-specific HSE Management Plan.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, state regulations, and company HSE requirements.
Conduct routine field observations, inspections, and audits to verify compliance.
Monitor contractor safety performance and enforce project safety expectations.
Review and approve Job Safety Analyses (JSA), Activity Hazard Analyses (AHA), and Safe Work Plans.
Participate in construction planning meetings to identify and mitigate hazards prior to work execution.
Assist with development and implementation of site-specific procedures and work instructions.
Promote a proactive safety culture through engagement and visible field presence.
You are:
High School diploma/GED
3+ years of HSE experience supporting industrial construction or power generation projects.
Experience working with contractors and managing project safety programs.
Incident investigation and corrective action experience preferred.

Other essential job requirements
Availability to work the assigned schedule, travel to work locations (if needed) and be on standby for work outside of regularly scheduled shifts
Must be able to stand, walk and sit for prolonged periods of time; and be able to walk over uneven terrain with functional balance that does not require any special assistive devices
Must be able to move the extremities and spine through a functional range of motion that will permit work to be safely performed from ground / floor level to full overhead level
Must have good finger dexterity to manipulate small items, functional hand-eye coordination, and functionally grip with adequate strength to safely hold tools and stair railing or ladders
Must be able to safely meet the physical demands outlined in the Essential Physical Capacities Assessment and pass the post-offer physical abilities assessment, which includes being able to lift (60 lbs), push/pull (80 lbs), carry (60 lbs), climb stairs and ladders as well as a combination of climbing while carrying objects (15 lbs), stoop, kneel and squat
