We are looking for an exceptional Site Director to lead the Judge Jospeph Donofrio Center. Our unique setting provides inpatient substance-use treatment, primary care and supportive housing, creating an environment where whole person care truly matters. Responsibilities

• Monitors training of assigned staff to ensure clinical and business effectiveness.
• Establishes and maintains a strong sense and value for internal and external customer service with the staff.
• Oversees the Judge Joseph Donofrio Center that provides Inpatient Residential Treatment, Primary Care, and Housing 
• Ensures financial viability by maintaining an appropriate census and delivery of services.
• Oversees building operations to include all aspects of risk management including safety, financial, liability insurance, etc.
• Provides outreach in the community to educate and promote services.
• Provides administrative supervision to assigned staff.
• Develops site goals, objectives, and activities and monitors progress toward goals; consults with community and state agencies regarding program goals and service delivery; assures that all administrative and clinical staff are operating in accordance with Agency policies and procedures.
• Provides ongoing supervision to staff who have been identified as needing training and support. 
• Assists in the coordination, observation, and response to audits of behavioral health and medical services completed by state and local boards. 
• Supervises, schedules, and evaluates all assigned staff.
• Assures representation of the programs in the community through linkage groups, public speaking, drug court teams, etc.
• Works with the Director of Housing and Clinical Supervisors in the development and implementation of a strategic plan for Program Services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related experience required. 
• Management experience preferred.
