Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Primary Care Physician at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health (VMFH), you will join an established practice in Seattle/Northgate, Washington. We specialize in diagnosing and treating primary care patients, making a significant impact on their lives and families.

 

 

Every day you will provide compassionate and expert care, conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support the holistic well-being of our patients.

 

 

To be successful in this role you will be dedicated to excellent patient care and possess expertise in diagnosing and managing complex diseases with strong communication skills. Full Time Equivalent (FTE): 0.80 – 1.0

Job Requirements

Required

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
  • BC/BE by American Board in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Unrestricted active Washington State Medical License or eligible to obtain
  • Ability to obtain a DEA with full prescriptive authority needed for the specific practice
  • Strong clinical diagnostic skills in an ambulatory setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to all ages of patients
