Qualifications*

Bachelors Degree in Sciences or Engineering.

Knowledge and/or Experience:-

8 years experience with Large Projects in Construction related disciplines (e.g.,construction, installation, fabrication, execution,
completion, hook-up, etc.) in the Oil & Gas Industry, including 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, including acting roles, or
oversight of service/vendor personnel.
Advanced knowledge of turnover and acceptance systems and completions software, with exceptional experience of building
completions databases.
Experienced in developing, managing and executing turnover and acceptance completions systems.
Experience in project completions and project systemization, including check sheet development, check sheet allocation, writing
of pre-commissioning / commissioning documents such as commissioning procedures and method statements.
Experience with Oil and Gas companies, contractors, service companies, or heavy construction companies.
Knowledge of design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria related to major fabrication, transport, installation, brownfield execution, and hook-up, as applicable to the
project scope.
Knowledge of offshore facilities and structures, onshore facilities, or yard operations as applicable to a project scope.
Knowledge of execution methods and risks associated with sour gas and LNG production facilities.
Experience working in large scale operating organizations in Operations, Projects, Subsurface, etc.

Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequentchanges in priorities.
Able to identify and analyse complex issues and provide recommendations. Prepare contingency plans for unexpected scope
changes (pro-active, forward-looking)
Excellent communication skills and ability to read, write, and speak fluent English, with strong teamwork facilitation, with the ability to communicate and interact at all levels of the organization.
Strongly Client focused with strong problem-solving skills.
Execute work in full compliance with Qatar Energy LNG Standards of Business Conduct and Qatar Energy LNG Project Management
System.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs, advanced computer literacy.
Knowledge of worldwide vendors and contractors.
Good communication and influencing skills.
Willing and able to travel as required.
