Description
Pay: $22.00–$27.00 per hour
Schedule: Friday–Sunday | 6:00 AM–6:30 PM
Overtime: As needed based on business needs
Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
- Build, lay out, wire, and assemble electrical control panels, junction boxes, and terminal strips.
- Wire and integrate industrial automation components, including PLCs, VFDs, relays, transformers, and sensors.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic, wire lists, and single-line diagrams.
- Perform point-to-point wiring and continuity checks.
- Use multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools to test and troubleshoot electrical systems.
- Diagnose electrical faults, ground issues, and wiring problems
- Run conduit, flex lines, and heavy-gauge cable to connect motors, power supplies, control panels, and industrial machinery.
- Verify electrical system functionality before equipment testing.
- Follow NFPA 70E, NEC, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), safety, and quality requirements.
- 3+ years of electrical experience required.
- Strong industrial electrical experience required.
- Hands-on experience with PLCs and VFDs required.
- Control panel building and wiring experience required.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
- Strong electrical testing and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience using multimeters and other electrical diagnostic equipment.
- Knowledge of industrial electrical safety practices.
- Reliable and consistent attendance.
- Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety.
- Ability to work effectively in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
- Working in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility.
- Working around industrial machinery and electrical equipment.
- Industrial noise levels requiring participation in a hearing conservation program.
- Lifting 25–50 lbs.
- Standing, walking, sitting, and remaining active throughout the scheduled shift.
