The Associate, People Experience & Operations is responsible for providing timely and accurate support to employees, leaders, and HR partners across a broad range of HR inquiries, transactions, and processes. The role serves as a first point of contact for operational support, maintains employee data integrity, supports audits and reporting activities, contributes to process improvements and supports the delivery of key HR initiatives and annual programs.

You will be responsible for:

  • Provide timely and accurate support to employees, leaders and HR partners on general HR inquiries, policies, processes and Workday transactions.​
  • Process employee movements and transactions in Workday, including promotions, transfers,  leaves, organizational changes, terminations, and other employee related changes.
  • Promote and support employee and leader adoption of Workday self-service functionality and other digital tools.  ​
  • Maintain accurate employee data in Workday to support data integrity, operational processes, reporting, and decision making.  
  • Participate in audit activities and assist with identifying and resolving data quality issues.
  • Supports annual operating programs and cyclical activities, including promotions, compensation related changes, reporting, and governance processes.
  • Assist with reporting and data requests, as required.
  • Contribute ideas and recommendations for process improvements that will enhance the employee experience and streamline processes. ​
  • Collaborate with broader HR teams and provide support in the delivery of shared initiatives, projects and process enhancements.  ​

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in HR, employee services, or operational support.  
  • Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and organizational skills.  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills​.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. ​
  • Effective problem-solving​, analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills & Experience :

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with HR systems; Workday experience is an asset.

The expected salary range for this position is $62,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year.
