Responsibilities
At Amanpuri, we believe in offering our interns not only a role but also a transformative learning journey. As a Front Office Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in luxury hospitality, working closely with our team to deliver exceptional service to our guests. This role provides valuable exposure to front office operations, guest relations, and the art of personalized service, all within the unique culture of Aman.
- Assist the Front Office team with day-to-day operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest inquiries.
- Provide warm, professional, and personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are anticipated and exceeded.
- Support the handling of guest requests, reservations, and transportation arrangements.
- Maintain accurate guest information and ensure seamless communication across departments.
- Learn and apply Aman’s service standards in all interactions with guests and colleagues.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to front office operations.
- Observe and participate in problem-solving and service recovery when needed.
- Shadow experienced colleagues to understand the importance of guest engagement and creating memorable experiences.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Hospitality, Tourism, or related program.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting
Duration
- Internship period: 15 November 2026 – 30 April 2027
- Full-time schedule with shifts based on operational needs.
