Description
Burton Lumber is hiring multiple full-time team members to join our residential deck framing crew!
We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals with a basic understanding of carpentry or construction. Previous framing or construction experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right people.
Our team works year-round, preparing materials in our shop and building decks at residential job sites throughout the valley.
What You'll Do
Build and frame residential decks
Prepare and assemble materials in our shop
Travel to residential job sites throughout the valley
Use hand and power tools for construction and framing
Follow plans, measurements, and job specifications
Work as part of a team to complete projects safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized work area
What We're Looking For
Basic understanding of carpentry or construction
Previous framing or construction experience preferred
Willingness to learn and develop new skills
Dependable and punctual
Ability to work well as part of a team
Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical labor
Reliable transportation to and from work
Your own tool bag is preferred, but company tools are provided
Pay & Benefits
Starting at $20+/hour, depending on experience

Transportation
Employees are responsible for their own transportation to and from work each day. A company vehicle is available for transportation to job sites, although employees may occasionally be asked to drive themselves to a job site.
