Position Summary:
The College of Business at Florida Atlantic University is seeking a Graduate Enrollment Growth Specialist in Boca Raton, FL.

The Graduate Enrollment Growth Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving enrollment growth for traditional in-person daytime graduate programs within the College of Business.
This position is responsible for executing recruitment strategies, traveling to regional and national prospective student events, leading campus informational sessions, and cultivating relationships with prospective applicants, undergraduate institutions, and community partners.
Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions
1. Outreach & Recruitment (40%)
- Represent the College of Business at graduate school fairs, undergraduate campus visits, professional conferences, corporate events, and community outreach functions.
- Plan, organize, and host on-campus and virtual information sessions, open houses, and program webinars.
- Conduct face-to-face and virtual meet-and-greets with prospective students and their families to discuss academic offerings, admissions requirements, financial aid/scholarship opportunities, and career outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with undergraduate advisors, department heads, and student organizations across target feeder universities.
2. Prospect Management & Pipeline Nurturing (30%)
- Guide prospective students through the entire enrollment funnel—from initial inquiry to application submission and matriculation.
- Conduct regular, personalized follow-ups via phone, email, and 1-on-1 consultations to answer prospective student inquiries and encourage application completion.
- Track student interactions, log communication history, and manage prospective student database.
- Monitor applicant progress and collaborate with the admissions review committee to streamline application decisions.
3. Strategic Planning & Event Execution (20%)
- Collaborate with the Associate Dean of Graduate Programs to develop and execute annual recruitment calendars and target market strategies.
- Coordinate all event logistics, including venue booking, marketing materials, and presentation setups.
- Analyze recruitment event ROI and recruitment pipeline data to identify high-performing events and emerging target demographics.
4. Team Collaboration & University Representation (10%)
- Work closely with College of Business faculty, program directors, and career services teams to align recruitment messaging with program outcomes and market demands.
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to ensure promotional collateral, landing pages, and email campaigns are accurate and engaging.
- Participate in university-wide committee meetings, orientation events, and commencement ceremonies as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in Business, Communications, Marketing, Higher Education, or related field and eight to 10 years of experience in higher education recruitment, university admissions, student affairs, sales, event planning, or public relations required.Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in business administration (MBA), Higher Education Administration, or a related field.
Knowledge of business school curricula, graduate admissions processes, and higher education trends preferred.
Public Speaking & Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; comfortable presenting to both small groups and large audiences.
Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to connect with diverse populations, prospective students, families, and academic leadership.
Travel & Work Schedule: Ability and willingness to travel regionally (and occasionally nationally) and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for recruitment events.
Organization & Detail: Ability to manage multiple priorities, track pipeline data accurately, and execute event logistics flawlessly.
Licensure: Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record required for recruitment travel.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
Mix of traditional office environment and external travel locations (high school/college campuses, convention centers, hotels).
Ability to lift and transport recruitment materials, display banners, and promotional merchandise (up to 30 lbs.)
