Head of Execution - Crushing

A unique opportunity to shape and lead a newly created global function at the heart of FLS Crushing business. The Head of Execution will own the end-to-end customer delivery value stream, leading global proposals, project execution, and supplier readiness to convert opportunities into profitable, on-time customer outcomes.

Operating across the Crushing portfolio, this role will ensure seamless transition from commercial handover through to final acceptance and warranty completion, delivering integrated customer solutions that meet contractual commitments on scope, schedule, cost, and quality. As a key member of the Crushing leadership team, the position will establish the processes, capabilities, and governance required to create a repeatable, scalable execution model that drives customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and sustainable profitable growth

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Crushing execution value stream from proposal through customer acceptance.
• Deliver profitable, on-time project execution across the global Crushing portfolio.
• Lead proposal development, bid governance, commercial risk management and execution planning.
• Establish world-class execution processes, governance and performance management.
• Drive customer satisfaction through excellence in project delivery and contract fulfilment.
• Ensure supplier readiness, qualification and performance to support sustainable growth.
• Lead and develop a high-performing global execution organisation.
• Partner across Product Line Management, Engineering, Sales and Aftermarket to deliver integrated customer solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardisation and scalable execution excellence.

Salary range: 450.000 RON - 600.000 RON
