Group/Division

The Semiconductor Products and Customers (Semi PC) business unit designs, builds and sells KLA’s product portfolio to help chip manufacturers meet high-quality standards for technologies like AI, data centers, automotive and electronic devices. Our inspection, metrology, and analytics systems detect and monitor defects across logic and memory chips, specialty semiconductors, wafers, reticles, advanced packaging, process equipment and materials. We also develop technologies for specialty processes, IC substrates, and PCB manufacturing, including etch and deposition, component inspection, and imaging and analytics. KLA’s Optical Metrology Division (OMD) delivers advanced systems for optical overlay metrology, combining hardware and software to boost yield and efficiency. Known for industry-leading accuracy, reliability, and integration, these tools are trusted by major semiconductor manufacturers worldwide.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will play a key part in advancing business priorities by delivering high-impact work across your area of expertise.

    1. BE/BS/BTech degree with 2 or more years of SW Testing experience.
    2. Thorough knowledge of SDLC and software engineering
    3. Extensive experience in Automated software Testing and Manual testing
    4. Exceptional attention to detail
    5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    6. Must be able to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and project management in both the business and the technical areas, with the ability to keep discussions at the appropriate level of abstraction.
    7. Great team player and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
    8. Willingness to travel to Israel, US and other customer places on short assignments.
    9. Experience in developing software or automation scripts in C# or Java. (C# is preference)
    10. Experience in Designing and or working experience with different kind of Automation test framework(FlaUI, MS CodedUI, Appium, Selenium etc)

11. Experience in creating Skills, Workflows to automate activities or work processes using any available infrastructure (Knowledge of prompting Claude models using Devin or any similar infrastructure is preferred)
    11. Optional: Knowledge of KLA specific or general semiconductor domain
    12. Optional: Experience with large software systems / tool applications is preferred.

Minimum Qualifications

Master's Level Degree and 1 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years
