What You Can Expect:
Manage the transport of imported goods by air, coordinating the documentation of the merchandise and being responsible for solving the possible incidents that occur in the services.
What You Bring:
- Full management of air export and import shipments.
- Coordination with airlines, cargo agents, and logistics partners.
- Preparation and control of shipping documentation: AWB, HAWB, invoices, packing lists, certificates, etc.
- Tracking shipments and proactively resolving issues or delays.
- Direct communication with clients, offering timely and tailored logistics solutions.
- Liaison with customs agents to ensure proper clearance procedures.
- Manage the controls and procedures assigned in compliance matters.
- Gather evidence of compliance and effectiveness of the controls and procedures assigned in compliance matters.
