Agile Coach – Join Our Transformation Journey!

We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to join our team and play a key role in driving agility across our organization, focusing on coaching Product Managers and Product Owners. Product-oriented mindset and experience with coaching product organization will be essential in this role.

You will be part of the Lean-Agile Center of Excellence (LACE), working closely with teams, programs, and portfolio leaders to foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability. In this role, you will help shape our transformation by coaching at multiple levels—from teams to programs and the broader portfolio—ensuring alignment with agile principles and best practices. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding leaders and teams through change, enhancing collaboration, and driving meaningful business outcomes. IDEAL AGILE COACH WOULD HAVE:

• Excellent understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban and SAFe frameworks
• Strong experience (preferred 8+) in leading Agile teams (experience in Scrum Master role is necessary). This role is suited for a Scrum Master/Agile Coach with a substantial experience with scale
• Focus on results – creatively solves problems to ensure goals and objectives are met or exceeded
• Superior communication and facilitation skills with all levels of employees (teams as well as executive level)
• Initiative – proactively acts to address obstacles, continuously improve, and implement positive change
• Knowledge of coaching methods and ability to apply them in practice
• Certification at min. PSM I/CSM I/KMP I. PSM II, KMP II and one of the scalable framework certifications is an asset
• Knowledge of change management practices is welcome
• Experience in coaching product management level is an asset

HOW CAN YOU HELP?

• Build deep and impactful relationships with Engineering, Product and Team leaders to influence change and to partner on agile delivery at scale
• Support Product Owners, Product Managers, and key stakeholders in using proven techniques for effective backlog management, incremental delivery focused on outcome
• Foster growth and development of Scrum Masters and RTEs (Release Train Engineer) as coach, mentor, and teacher
• Growth Agile knowledge across the enterprise by preparing and delivering set of trainings, developing knowledge platform, etc.
• Identify areas for improvement by using feedback, observations, and metrics (lead time, cycle time, WIP (Work in progress), etc.) and actively work towards their improvement
• Foster more effective, transparent, and cohesive teams, and to enable better outcomes, solutions, and products/services for customers
• Identify areas where standardization would be useful and appropriate, and ensure its application (way of working, tools, metrics, etc.)
• Helping shape and foster the Scrum Master community and other Communities of Practice
