About the Opportunity:
Help build something exceptional from day one. We're opening a brand new in-office endoscopy suite and are looking for passionate, patient-focused Endoscopy Nurses to become part of our founding clinical team.
As a member of a newly established endoscopy suite, this position requires flexibility, adaptability, and a team-first mindset. During the initial months of operation, patient volumes will gradually increase. Staff members will be expected to assist in multiple clinical and operational areas, participate in developing workflows, and contribute to building a culture of excellence.
This isn't just another nursing position — it's an opportunity to help shape the culture, workflows, and patient experience of a growing practice from the very beginning. If you thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoy variety, and want your ideas to make a real impact, we'd love to meet you.
As an Endoscopy RN with Gastro Health, you will:
- Assist the physicians to provide direct patient care for colonoscopy & endoscopy procedures
- Completion of admission assessments
- Monitor patients receiving IV moderate sedation
- Oversee and participate in the preparation and flow of the procedure room
- Preparation for discharging patients
- Post-anesthesia care
Candidate Requirements:
- Current Massachusetts RN license (required)
- One (1) year of RN experience required
- PACU experience preferred
- IV skills are a plus
- BLS and ACLS required
We offer more than a paycheck. Our comprehensive benefits package is designed to support your health, financial well-being, and time away from work.

- 2 weeks PTO + 11 paid holidays
- Medical, dental & vision insurance
- Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
