DESCRIPTION:
Join our compliance team and play a crucial role in ensuring regulatory excellence across our operations. As Compliance Supervisor, you'll support adherence to international trade regulations while supporting our mission to enable customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement compliance programs, conduct audits, and provide expert guidance on regulatory matters. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by managing risk, fostering relationships with regulatory authorities, and driving continuous improvement in compliance processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in compliance management in a multinational company
• Preferred Fields of Study: International Trade, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Law, or related field
• Advanced degree, relevant certifications, or specialized compliance credentials preferred
• Extensive knowledge of global trade regulations, including import/export controls, customs requirements, and sanctions programs. SAGRILAFT certification will be needed.

• Advanced level of English
• Strong understanding of AEO certification requirements and customs audit processes
• Proven experience conducting internal audits and implementing corrective actions
• Advanced knowledge of HS classification, customs valuation, and transfer pricing
• Expertise in quality management systems and regulatory frameworks (GMP, GCP, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver compliance training programs
• Strong project management and cross-functional team leadership skills
• Excellence in data analysis and performance metrics tracking
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance-related software
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English (additional languages may be required based on location)
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across organizational levels
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated commitment to integrity and ethical business practices
