Maintenance Technician

Leafy Dell Apartments in Johnstown, OH is hiring a reliable, experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team full-time.

In this role, you'll keep our property running smoothly - from handling daily work orders and apartment turns to seasonal upkeep and pool maintenance. If you're hands-on, dependable, and take pride in your work, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Complete daily and routine work orders as assigned
• Prepare apartment turns, including trash-outs and cleaning for new residents
• Maintain cleanliness of grounds, common areas, the shop, and leasing office
• Perform HVAC repairs (EPA certification preferred)
• Handle pool maintenance, including seasonal opening and closing
• Clear snow and ice from walkways and stairs, including salting
• Report safety concerns or maintenance issues to management
• Unload and stock delivery materials
• Keep company tools and equipment secure and well maintained
• Participate in rotating after-hours on-call coverage

Qualifications:

• Experience in residential apartment maintenance strongly preferred
• EPA certification and HVAC skills a big plus
• Self-motivated with strong prioritization skills
• Professional and comfortable working in occupied residences
• Available for rotating on-call shifts
