  • Build trusted relationships with academic, professional and teaching staff as a familiar point of contact for ICT advice.

  • Investigate recurring incidents and root causes, translating local insights into actionable service improvements.

  • Travel to regional locations as required, with some trips potentially involving several days or up to two weeks away from the main campus.

  • Tax-efficient salary packaging options for cars, laptops, and additional contributions to your superannuation fund

About you

  • Strong hands-on technical skills, with experience diagnosing and analysing complex IT issues across desktops, laptops, mobile devices and integrated systems.

  • Tier 2 technical experience providing escalated support and advice for IT infrastructure, live events and hybrid teaching environments.

  • Experience working independently in remote, regional or under-resourced locations while maintaining consistent technical support.

  • Experience identifying trends, recurring user issues and root causes and implementing preventative service improvements.
