The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a cleared Operations Analyst to provide high‑level operational support to an Army Project Manager at Fort Belvoir, VA. In this role, you will independently apply broad functional knowledge to critical tasks and high‑visibility assignments. You may lead or contribute to program and project efforts that enhance organizational‑level operations, coordination, and information flow with higher headquarters, subordinate elements, and external stakeholders. You will also oversee personnel onboarding and offboarding processes. A Secret clearance is required.
Work Location: Ft Belvoir, VA
Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate organizational level operational activities, ensuring effective communication and information exchange with higher headquarters, subordinate organizations, and external partners.
Manage taskers and staffing packets, applying judgment to prioritize, track, and complete actions efficiently.
Develop, publish, and maintain operations policies, procedures, orders, letters of instruction, directives, and other organizational communications.
Oversee the scheduling and management of organizational resources, including shared spaces, calendars, and critical coordination tools.
Plan, resource, and execute organizational events such as command and staff meetings, town halls, ceremonies, and other engagements.
Maintain archival responsibility for Operations documents and functional information to ensure compliance and continuity.
Represent Operations leadership at meetings, working groups, and conferences, providing informed perspectives on organizational priorities.
Plan, coordinate, and manage facility requirements to support operational needs.
Depending on organizational placement, support special projects or unique mission requirements requiring independent analysis
Qualifications:
Required:
Active Secret Security Clearance
Associate’s degree with 10 years of relevant experience
Ability to use Microsoft applications to include SharePoint and MS Teams
Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work with others
Demonstrated technical, analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent time management, and able to manage multiple activities simultaneously
Desired:
Bachelor's Degree
6 years of relevant experience
Previous experience supporting an Army Project/Product Manager Office

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$78,700 - $165,200
