Description
As a Brand Purchaser, you’ll source parts from around the world, regardless of brand, type or year of manufacture. You’ll be responsible for brand development and will have the freedom to make independent decisions in this area.
This role specifically focuses on Tail Lift, MEWP & Truck Mounted Forklift.
Your role and responsibilities
Gain insight into the machinery portfolio and the market.
Build a stable supplier portfolio by developing strong relationships.
Using our ERP system, you’ll closely monitor our inventory and be responsible for reordering and tracking parts, while ensuring that pricing is set systematically.
Work closely with our logistics department to ensure that delivered parts are correctly added to inventory.
Monitor and make decisions regarding customer return requests in consultation with the sales team.
Manage and keep technical documentation up to date.
Sourcing using catalogs, your network, the internet, ...to identify all possible alternative suppliers.
Your profile
You hold a bachelor’s degree (Automotive Management, Automotive Technology, ...).
You have technical insight.
You have a very good knowledge of English and a good knowledge of French.
You work accurately, efficiently and enjoy using a computer.
You are decisive, service-oriented and have a business-minded approach.
You are a true problem solver.
You are a good communicator and a true team player.
You are eager to learn and want to stay up to date on new developments in the market.
