Job Description

工作內容

• 與各業務單位進行需求訪談與流程盤點，理解 Business Problem、Pain Point 與實際使用情境。 將 Business Problem 轉化為 Data / AI Use Case，
• 協助定義 Problem Statement、Scope、User Scenario 與 Success Metrics。
• 與 Data Scientist、AI Engineer 合作進行 Solution Design，評估適合採用 Data Analytics、Machine Learning、Generative AI、RAG、AI Agent 或其他技術方案。
• 規劃 Data & AI Solution 的 User Journey、Business Flow、Data Flow 與功能需求。
• 參與 AI Initiative 從 Explore、PoC、Pilot 到正式導入的完整流程。
• 協助定義 PoC 驗證方式、Business KPI 與成效衡量機制。
• 協助進行 Data & AI Initiative 的 Priority Assessment、Use Case Portfolio Management 與進度追蹤。
• 持續研究 Generative AI、AI Agent 及企業 AI 應用趨勢，探索新技術於金融保險場域的應用機會。
• 將成功的 Data & AI Use Case、Solution Pattern 與方法論進行整理，逐步形成可重複使用的 Solution Framework。

條件及能力期待

• 2 年以上 Business Analysis、Data Analysis、Digital Project、Product、IT Solution 或相關工作經驗。

• 具需求訪談、流程分析與問題拆解能力。

• 能將模糊的 Business Requirement 轉化為結構化 Problem Statement 與 Use Case。

• 對 Data Analytics、AI、Generative AI 與數位應用具有高度興趣。

• 具良好的邏輯思考、溝通協調與簡報能力。

• 能與 Business User、Data Scientist、Engineer 等不同角色進行跨領域溝通。

Education – Degree / Field of Study

碩士/Master Degree、 學士/Bachelor Degree
