Overview of the job

As a Senior Brand Manager, you will lead brand strategies, plans, and execution for one or more brands, channels, product lines, or categories with clearly defined objectives. You will own the Integrated Brand Plan and its execution, as well as the initiative master plan, developing the strategies required to deliver brand growth.

You will own brand investment decisions informed by P&L considerations to maximize profitability and ensure plans are designed to win with key customers and channels. Working under limited supervision, you will determine priorities, identify and lead the development of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products, and collaborate effectively across the immediate team and work domain.

Your team

You will work within a Category End-to-End, collaborating across the immediate team and relevant work domains to maximize business impact and personal learning.

• Brand strategy and growth: Brand strategies and plans translate clearly defined objectives into focused execution and measurable brand growth.

• Integrated plan execution: The Integrated Brand Plan and initiative master plan are executed with clear priorities, strong coordination, and timely delivery.

• Investment effectiveness: Brand investment decisions are informed by P&L considerations and support improved profitability.

• Customer and channel delivery: Plans are designed and executed to win with key customers and channels.

• Innovation and collaboration: New ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products are identified and led effectively, supported by strong collaboration and continuous learning.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• 4 to 7 years of relevant marketing experience is needed.
• Experience can be in brand management, category management, marketing, or a related commercial role, with demonstrated involvement in brand plans and execution.
• FMCG industry Experience is preferred.
• Arabic speaking is a plus.
