Executive Assistant for Chief Commercial Officer Germany and International Leader M&A

As an Executive Assistant, you will work with the Chief Commercial Officer for Germany and the International Leader M&A based in Germany. We will count on you to:
Support the Chief Commercial Officer and the International Leader M&A in their day-to-day work and proactively help set priorities.
Manage complex calendars, coordinate appointments with foresight, and ensure smooth operations –even on short notice and when priorities change.
Act as the interface for internal and external stakeholders and operate with confidence, a service mindset, and discretion.
Support sales-operations-related tasks, for example by preparing information, coordinating sales activities, tracking to-dos, and structuring content.
Contribute to the creation and preparation of presentations and management-ready materials, especially in PowerPoint.
What you need to have:
You have completed vocational training in a commercial field, hospitality, or a similar area, and you can demonstrate several years of relevant professional experience.
You are confident using MS Office, especially Outlook and PowerPoint.
You have very good written and spoken German and English skills and strong communication abilities — also in an international environment.
You work in a structured way, are highly effective, and maintain an overview even in a fast-paced setting.
You are empathetic, flexible, and reliable, with excellent judgment when dealing with different stakeholders.
