Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves overseeing the complete development lifecycle of system features, ensuring seamless integration from the user interface to backend processes. The role requires actively contributing to the creation of innovative solutions that enhance client services. The engineer embraces a cloud-first approach and agile methodologies to address complex business challenges, collaborating closely with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable software products. This position demands adaptability and a proactive mindset to continuously improve and implement cutting-edge technologies within the project environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable software solutions that align with project goals.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure timely delivery and quality of software components.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, React.js.
- Strong experience in developing both frontend and backend components using Java technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services to deploy and manage applications effectively.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Experience with agile development processes and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Competence in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing application performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
