Senior Project Leader

Mission Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Project Leader for a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. The primary objective of this role is to autonomously manage technical projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of IT projects, including communication with internal and external clients.
• Define project structure and develop project plans (scenarios, timings, budget, etc.).
• Manage and monitor project execution, including detailed scheduling, regular tracking of deadlines, budget, scope, and quality.
• Report on project progress and address any issues that arise, ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders.
• Stimulate, coordinate, motivate, and support team members involved in the project.
• Utilize excellent communication, writing, negotiation, and coaching skills to drive project success.
• Determine priorities and coordinate various parties involved in the project.
• Utilize tools such as Jira and Confluence, as well as methodologies like ITIL and Prince2.

Required Experience:

Candidates should have operational project management experience in one of the following areas:

• Containerization of API gateways (Axway) and Adabas databases.
• Technological evolution of legacy systems.
• Versioning of Java applications.
• Implementation of cybersecurity projects, NIS2, and compliance (infrastructure support for the NIS2 Program Manager).
• Implementation of public cloud projects on Google in support of the Program Manager.
• Establishment of IAM & secret management services.
• Implementation of Vault services.
• Monitoring of other infrastructure projects.

Qualifications:

A university degree or equivalent experience is required, along with relevant professional experience in managing large-scale technical projects, ideally in a Gcloud environment for social security or healthcare, or equivalent experience in a public service environment.
