The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing appointments, interacting with clients, supporting medical providers, maintaining cleanliness, driving sales, and managing social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently using our booking system. Make adjustments as needed to maximize booking efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients, answering inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit. Give our clients a 5-star experience!
- Address client concerns promptly and effectively to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist medical providers with client care, ensuring smooth operations during treatments and procedures.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms, waiting areas, and common spaces.
- Promote and sell packages, services, and retail products to meet sales targets.
- Coordinate schedules of medical providers and staff to optimize efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Maintain regular communication with management regarding daily operations, client feedback, and staff performance.
- Create and post engaging content on social media platforms to promote services, events, and specials.
Requirements:
- Be able to speak Vietnamese and English fluently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using software and basic computer applications.
