Responsibilities

The Opportunity

This role will be a central contributor in supporting the Transformational Portfolio aimed at fostering growth within BRAZIL and Rest of Latam (Andean, South Cone and Caricam) while also overseeing consolidation, analysis, prioritization, and performance of the organization’s investment portfolio. A core responsibility of the role is to coordinate the consolidation and analysis to support key insights of end-to-end transformation portfolio that will help leadership with decision making.Helping support portfolio management evolution by leveraging digital PPM Service Now tool and promoting collaboration across functions and business areas within a holistic framework. As part of our dynamic team, this role will balance transformation with operational performance, ensuring seamless business operations while leveraging digital capabilities to achieve sustainable growth.

 

Your Impact

As Portfolio Value Management Analyst (Latam) your responsibilities would consist of … 

  • Portfolio Data Consolidation & Governance: Maintain the Single Source of Truth (SSOT) for Opex investments for Brazil and Rest of LatAm, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and alignment with approved commitments. (E)
  • Portfolio Tracking & Reporting: Support the consolidation, validation, and analysis of portfolio performance, generating regular reports and insights to enable visibility and decision-making. (E)
  • ServiceNow Portfolio Management: Ensure all projects are properly created, updated, and tracked in Service Now, partnering with Deployment Leads, PMOs and stakeholders to guarantee adherence to process and data quality. (E)
  • Continuous Improvement & Digital Enablement: Support the evolution of portfolio management tools, templates, and processes (Service Now, dashboards, etc.), driving efficiency and standardization. (C)
  • Brazil Planning & Demand Management Support (PVM): Support demand intake, prioritization processes, and AOP alignment by ensuring all required inputs, documentation, and data are structured and available. (E)
  • Brazil Value Realization Tracking & Reporting: Support the tracking, consolidation, and validation of benefits associated with portfolio initiatives, ensuring visibility of value delivery and alignment between investments and benefits. (E)
  • Brazil Execution Monitoring & Follow-ups: Track project evolution across the lifecycle, proactively following up with PMOs and stakeholders to ensure timelines, milestones, and updates are maintained. (E)
  • Stakeholder Support & Communication: Act as a central point of contact for portfolio-related inquiries, supporting cross-functional teams with data, status updates, and process guidance. (C)
  • Brazil Risk & Data Quality Management: Identify inconsistencies, risks, and gaps in portfolio data or execution tracking, escalating and supporting mitigation actions when needed. (E)
  • Strategy & Portfolio Support
  • Support AOP planning for Brazil and Rest of Latam (SoCo, Caricam and Andinos), demand intake, and prioritization processes by ensuring structured data, inputs, and alignment across stakeholders.
  • Portfolio Governance & Execution Tracking
  • Support portfolio tracking, reporting, and ServiceNow governance, ensuring projects are properly updated and aligned with defined processes.
  • Stakeholder & Operational Support
  • Provide ongoing support to stakeholders across functions, ensuring data availability, follow-ups, and process adherence throughout the portfolio lifecycle.

 

 

Qualifications

 Who Are We Looking For?

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering, Finance, Business Management, System and /or Administration Technology Management
  • English and Spanish fluent professional. Desirable but not mandatory Portuguese
  • At least 1-2 years' formal experience on project management, finance function, continuous improvement or digital transformation projects and investments.
  • Preferable but not mandatory having a project management certification (PMI or Agile – Scrum methodology)
  • Experience managing a culturally diverse stakeholder group
  • Strong analytical background, with an ability to analyze complex problems to find actionable, pragmatic solutions.
  • Strong knowledge in Power Point, Excel, Word & Project Tools (desirable Service Now, Power Apps and Power BI
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with financial ability to align investments to organizational priorities.
  • Proficiency in portfolio management tools and digital platforms.
  • Flexibility to manage the interaction with team on different countries and across functional
  • Potential leadership and influencing skills to foster collaboration across diverse teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to present to senior leadership.
  • Proactive: always thinking ahead and contributing with new ideas.
  • Highly oriented results
