Permit Advisor

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a dedicated and skilled consultant for a mission at a client site focused on environmental permits. This role is essential in ensuring that all construction projects comply with legal regulations, contributing to a sustainable environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the permitting procedures for various projects, including environmental permits, archaeological notes, and authorization requests.
• Identify and advise on permit-related risks during the design phase of projects.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including government bodies and internal teams, ensuring alignment and clarity.
• Inspire and guide colleagues and external partners to make impactful decisions.
• Navigate various legal domains to find solutions that advance project goals.

Requirements:

• Background in urban planning, spatial planning, or environmental science.
• Knowledge of environmental legislation, the Environmental Code, and heritage preservation.
• Strong communication and networking skills, with the ability to negotiate diplomatically.
• Proactive and client-oriented, with the ability to advise and persuade based on expertise.
• Analytical and solution-oriented, capable of critically analyzing information and translating it into actionable solutions.
• Organizational talent to ensure timely and accurate processing of all permits.
