Description
- Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions for feedback issues.
- Collect feedback on product quality and service, continuously enhance understanding of customer needs, and drive ongoing improvements in the company's quality and service.
- Actively support the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of new products for emerging markets and key customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Review warranty parts to ensure the timely supply of necessary components for resolving client issues.
- Review repair work orders, provide feedback, and finalize cost settlements. Organize communication meetings with the service team to maintain smooth communication.
- Plan and implement major projects, form relevant project teams, address unexpected issues as they arise, and ensure successful delivery of results.
- Collect quality information and related data on components, and assist the quality assurance and procurement departments with supplier quality improvement and claims.
- Conduct after-sales data analysis, complete metric statistics, and prepare reports.
B. QUALIFICATIONS
- Over 3 years of experience as after-sales service or customer quality with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in refrigeration engineering or a related field.
- Proficient in problem-solving tools such as 8D and KT.
- Fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English.
