Schedule: Includes working some evenings and every Saturday; you will have a designated day off during the week and the dealership is closed on Sunday

Pay: Commission-based

In this position, you strive to develop a warm, friendly relationship with our clients and truly listen to what they have to say. You suggest a vehicle based on their wants and needs and provide a feature demonstration of its technology and important safety features. We're definitely not the stereotypical high-pressure car dealership; we recognize that our clients' least favorite part of buying a car is the negotiating game, and our transparent Market Driven Pricing makes for a stress-free buying experience.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Driver's license and a clean driving record
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Prior hospitality or retail sales experience is helpful
• PA Vehicle Sales License (we will help you acquire if needed)
