Wir sind der Transformatoren Service Deutschland und unterstützen die Energiewende, indem wir die zuverlässige Instandhaltung und den Service von Transformatoren sicherstellen.
Unterstütze uns bei der Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unseres Integrierten Managementsystems (IMS) und sammle praktische Erfahrungen im Prozess- und Projektmanagement in einem internationalen Umfeld.

Das kannst du bewirken

• Pflege und Verwaltung von Dokumentationen in xECM, SharePoint und ADONIS
• Unterstützung bei der Digitalisierung und Standardisierung von Prozessen
• Erstellung von Reports, Auswertungen und Kennzahlen
• Unterstützung bei internen Audits und Dokumentenrevisionen
• Mitwirkung bei der Sicherstellung von QHSE-Anforderungen

Das bringst du mit

• Immatrikulierter Studentin, idealerweise im wirtschaftlichen oder technischen Bereich
• Gute bis sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
• Hohe IT-Affinität und Interesse an digitalen Prozessen
• Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
